All Programmes postponed
Please note that in light of government advice all courses and in house programmes are postponed until further notice. This situation will be reviewed on March 29th.

In the meantime be nice to each other! There will be lots of people cooped up and anxious over the next few weeks. There will be others that are alone and vulnerable. Please do what you can to be kind and considerate to those around you. A call can mean the world.
Take time out to be alone each day for a moment if you are surrounded by people. Take 15 minutes to meditate if you can.
Take some time each day to write a gratitude log, yes even now!
Remember if you feel anxious or panicked to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as deeply as you can and try to relax the muscles in your shoulders.
